Violinst, Tina Bouey used a Stradivarius violin from 1728 to record this composition. She is the 1st violinst of the Ulysses Quartet, which holds a residency at the prestigious Juilliard School of Music. Tina has a very established reputation as a soloist and has been reviewed by publications such as the New York Times and The Strad for her beautiful sound. In addition, Tina plays concertos and solo recitals across North America, Europe and Asia, as well as holds the position of Concertmaster of the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra in Ithaca, New York, USA. Tina was born and raised on Prince Edward Island. Composer, Pieter Ijsselstein began his musical training on the piano at the age 8. Pieter also studied flute for several years during his time in High School. Pieter is primarily interested in baroque and ragtime music. He has written music for a variety of instruments and ensembles. Pieter and his wife Geraldine, an artist, own the Birchtree Gallery in Victoria, Prince Edward Island.
